Grove Street House [YMAP][XML]creat by me.
Installation:
PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY !
Download and install:
ScriptHook,
ScriptHook V.NET
OpenIV
MENYOO
And very important to download before install:
1 And Panda Craft Mods (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/misc/dlc-panda-craft-add-on)
2 And DNX Generic Add-On Props (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/misc/dnx-generic-add-on-props-add-on-props-for-your-custom-maps)
HOW TO INSTAL:
A] ADDON [ymap file] for the house, garage and weed laboratory
Installation for instal (OPEN IV needed for this)
Copy and paste the dlc folder "grove street"
To: mods>update>x64>dlcpacks
Finally add "dlcpacks:/grove street/" in dlclist.xml using OpenIV
To: mods update.rpf common data
B] With Menyoo for the teleportation zones to enter garage and weed laboratory
Copy:
grove weed garage TP.xml
of my archive to GTAV menyooStuff Spooner.
Now launch in GTA5,
press F8 to open Menyoo, select "ObjectSpooner", "SavedFiles",
and load:
grove weed garage TP.xml
Done !

@zamalone, Cool! I'm betting though when you did the 'cutouts' for the doors and window collisions it will put the collisions back in this mod https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/mlo-ballas-gang-house-add-on-fivem-sp-damax_xy. It'd be nice to have two enterable houses in the cul du sac.
Mod Looks Amazing Good Job One Thing I'm Curious About Though. Is Why Did You Put The Home In The BALLERRS HOOD Or Maybe Frank And The Fam Finally Took It Back Lol
