Here it is, folks! You've been asking for three years, and now you've got it! Every single carvariation file I've made packed into an .OIV file. This will be updated as new files are released for new updates or old ones are revamped. Thanks for sticking with me for so long!
Couldn't have done it without the help of Bondergomme, who graciously built the installer for me!
Update 1.1:
- Fixed an issue (hopefully) that prevented The Chop Shop colors from mounting correctly. Thanks to WENth100 for pointing this out! Please reinstall to make sure everything is working!
Installation:
- Drag the Updated_Spawn_Colors.oiv file into OpenIV, and install into the mods folder.
These files will be installed into the dlc_patch folder, so if you want to revert, you can simply delete them from that folder or replace the file with one from the vanilla DLC folder in update/x64/dlcpacks. I'll most likely make an uninstaller .OIV at a later date, so don't pester me in the comments.
Please report any bugs to me in the comments, or tag me in the Vanillaworks Discord server.

@Skysder, It might just be me, but after I ran the installer for the oiv file, my game will no longer load. Again, it might just be me, but I'm not clear about which files to revert to uninstall the update.
@Gillman Interesting. WIP testing went smoothly on another users game. Do you have a gameconfig, heapadjuster, and packfile limit adjuster? I will take a look at the file to see if there are any errors.

@Mauluskus I can tell you now that it’s very close to completion. Work on the Ultimate Edition will follow after the Lite Edition is released.
@Skysder Thanks, but don't spend too much time on it. It doesn't look like anyone else is having the issue. Probably a mod conflict on my side.

For some reason this doesn't seem to work on some of the Chop Shop update's cars. For instance the Impaler SZ still spawns only in default black while the Terminus only in default white.
I think it's just that the game doesn't real the folder in the dlc_patch. Any method to fix that?
@WENth100 I will take a look to make sure the path is correct in the .OIV. Upon installation, it should create the dlc_patch folder.
@Skysder I figured out why:
Turns out there is no mp2023_2 folder in the dlc_patch folder to begin with so the game is not supposed to read the folder even if you put it there in the first place. You need to add this into the extratitleupdatedate.meta:

<deviceName>dlc_mp2023_02:/</deviceName>
<path>update:/dlc_patch/mp2023_02/</path>
</Item>
Only then will the game actually read the folder.

I was just about to look into fixing the color settings for DLC vehicles. No more blue vans and white comets
