To Agent Smith was not green glow when running. You can take the INI file to change the name of Neo and Agent Smith. Neo when running no green glow.

@JohnnyTurbo I do not deny that it is a model of Bruce Wayne. I just did retekstura on The Matrix Mod author "thebrickprince". He writes that there is no available model of Agent Smith, is the newest model from the game in 2006, and it is of very poor quality.
