1. copy jesterwb folder to:
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Use OpenIV go to:
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
right click edit, add new line
dlcpacks:/jesterwb/
Features:
-Full Custom Body Kit
-Active spoiler
-Livery Template plus Liveries
-Glow in the dark mod parts (change color with dash color)
-Tuning mods
-Air Suspension
-Nitrous
-high to speed handling
-Better engine sound
Bugs:

Awsome car, is there a way to correct the headlights textures ? Overall it's awsome work. I wish there was more neon wheels like that.
