This is my first mod btw :)
Obviously you have to use OpenIV
Follow the provided path below please:
MAKE SURE YOU COPY SCRIPT.rpf TO YOUR MODS FOLDER ITS LOCATED IN YOUR GTA 5 FOLDER IN x64/audio/sfx
-Extract the folder and oac file somewhere like your mods folder or desktop
-Drag and drop only the oac file into SCRIPT.rpf
in mods/x64/audio/sfx
-(OPTIONAL)Delete both the folder and oac file from wherever you extracted it to
Enjoy this silly mod!
