Description:
The Gta5 explosion and fire system is outdated and unrealistic compared to modern games
and real life, So I made a mod that will fix that.
I removed the annoying explosion blur and shake, cause in real life your head doesn't shake like that, I also reassigned the grenade explosion to make it look more realistic. I also fine tuned explosion radius and fire spread, because grenades and bombs don't set you on fire and kill you instantly.
Note: The ptfx texture in the video is from Epic Explosions.
Installation:
It's easy, just drop the oiv file into open 4 and install to mods folder.
(And make sure that edit mode is on)
Recommended Mods:
NVE core textures (can be found in the NVE Classic oiv): https://www.razedmods.com/gta-v
Ambient Fx: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/ambient-fx
More updates for this mod will be on the way, it would be very helpful if you can leave any bugs you notice in the comments.

This mod is awesome !! litterally the best mod I've ever seen ! But, if you make the explosions bigger (smoke clouds...) , that will be perfect. I hope you take my feedback in your consideration.
for people with GTA V Enhanced + NaturalVision Enhanced;
1- use 7zip to unpack .oiv file
2- get "explosionfx.dat" & "firefx.dat" and drop it into "onigiri\common\data\effects"
3- get "explosion.ymt" and drop it into "onigiri\platform\data\metadata"

Hello, could you please tell me which textures of the core textures should be replaced?
@yauling112 If you are modifying explosions you would look for the exp_fireball and the fireball_rgba
@logoso2020 kanns du bitte updaten, oder eine eigenständige Mod von dir raus bringen, das Autos nicht so sofort explodieren. Die Autos explodieren zu schnell, z.B wenn man auf sie schießt oder wenn sie auf den Kopf fallen von einer bestimmten Höhe.
I really like this mod!! I would appreciate an update where the frag grenade no longer destroys vehicles if possible, I think that would make this perfect, thank you for creating this mod))
