- Added an optional floating NPC identity card HUD toggle for a cleaner screen.
- The toggle only hides the floating card. NPC memory, stranger-name privacy, and tactical markers continue to work normally.
- The new free archive has been submitted to GTA5-Mods for review. Until it is approved, the verified v3.2.744 free mirror is in the Discord announcements channel.
Free build includes
- Street immersion systems: police presence, traffic enforcement, warrants, vehicle alerts, impound flow, hit and run handling, and case tracking.
- Gang world simulation: territory, beef, reputation, hostile encounters, block pressure, revenge logic, and social feed reactions.
- Drug dealing gameplay: deals, stash flow, stash cars, production pickup points, inventory limits, gym bag overflow, and dealer economy systems.
- Phone and social feed systems: posts, replies, messages, contacts, screenshots, and in-world reputation hooks.
- Vehicle realism: fuel, registration and insurance logic, plate behavior, owned vehicle persistence, and traffic stop context.

If you're on an older build (v3.2.716 / v3.2.738 / v3.2.740), grab the newest one - drop everything from the zip into your GTA V scripts folder, overwrite, and do a FULL restart. Requirements: official ScriptHookVDotNet nightly v3.7.0-nightly.167 plus the ScriptHookV that matches your GTA edition (Legacy or Enhanced). The live AI NPC conversation layer is the Block Supporter build (patreon.com/cw/Chris22622); everything else is free. Newest fixes: faster NPC replies, Hector calls connect, weed farm and lab entrance fixed, dealer pickup fixed.
hi sir When I buy the product from Hector, it disappears when I try to give it to my dealer.
@Bigsossa good catch and thanks for the report - found it. What you buy from Hector fills your pockets first, and anything over the pocket cap goes into the gym bag on your back. The give-to-dealer menu was only reading your pockets, so the rest looked like it vanished. Fixed in the newest version - handing product to your dealer now pulls from both your pockets and your gym bag, and shows exactly what was handed over. Update, full overwrite, full restart and it'll run clean 🙏

why do crime scenes spawn out of place
hi sir Is it possible to disable facial recognition for the police?
@Xzrvde controller support is already in the current v3.2.743 build: D-pad Left opens the OnTheBlock phone, D-pad / left stick moves through lists, A selects, B backs out, and D-pad Right is the talk shortcut where supported. Do a full overwrite of the scripts folder and a full GTA restart so no old files keep the old controls.

@Unknown_User000a if a crime-scene cordon/body cleanup spawns out of place on v3.2.743, send a screenshot/map spot plus scripts/OnTheBlock/OnTheBlockDebug.log in Discord so I can see the exact zone/scene. Current build has the latest placement/cleanup pass, so I do not want to guess from just the comment.
@Bigsossa for police facial ID, use the disguise/mask system: press Shift+M. Wearing a mask during the crime blocks a facial ID, and changing clothes/vehicle lowers the suspect-profile match. Vehicle BOLOs are separate: for hit-and-run, change both paint and plate; other warrants need to be paid/cleared.
@chris22622 you guys should add a feature including draging bodies and putting them in your car adn taking them to the victims gangs crib, to spark a gang war. i thought this was a good idea. would you guys add it or no
@SEANAKATOXIC make sure windows isn't blocking it from running, Disable smart app control in the windows security settings and see if that helps
I am having an issue with the wanted level, the police don't chase and stars clear in seconds. I can pop an officer and still no stars
I got the mod working but when I pull up the og phone or go to anything with a blue marker on the ground the whole on the block ui just rapidly flickers
@NotRealBob that is a wild idea, especially if delivering the body changes gang heat and can actually trigger retaliation or a gang war. Which part matters more to you, moving bodies in vehicles or the gang reaction afterward?
@Quis843 thanks for flagging both points. Please do not disable Smart App Control as a blind fix. For the wanted-level issue, tell me whether you are on Legacy or Enhanced, your exact OnTheBlock build, and attach ScriptHookVDotNet.log plus scripts/OnTheBlock/OnTheBlockDebug.log if it exists. Wanted behavior can overlap with other scripts, so I want the actual setup before pointing you at a setting.
@SEANAKATOXIC glad it is loading now. For the flicker, send your exact resolution, Windows display scale, GTA window mode, and current build, plus scripts/OnTheBlock/OnTheBlockDebug.log if it exists. That will tell me whether this is a scaling or overlay conflict instead of guessing.

Active Patreon access required. Add LICENSE_KEY and DISCORD_ID under [PREMIUM] in OnTheBlock.ini.
@Bigsossa That screen means the supporter features are not activated yet. In OnTheBlock.ini, under [PREMIUM], enter your supporter license key and your Discord user ID, then fully close GTA and launch it again. You can use /license in the Discord server to show the key again. If you are not on the supporter tier yet, that is the required upgrade for those features.
I am not sure what i did wrong, but i dropped everything in the scripts folder but this mod doesn't load. Does this mod dependant on another mod or no? sorry for bad english
