An updated simple script to remove Rockstar's visual vehicle shake effect. This effect does not affect any of the default game physics, It is purely visual.

changed title to jitter as that's the phrase used since 2013
add an ini or disable the useless button pressing to disable... if we wanted it enabled we could just... remove the mod. people use menus to type things aka use their keyboard lol.
