Sadly, on a new install of GTA, this doesn't seem to be working anymore. when i replace it with the vehicles.oac file, my car horns do not work anymore. after i remove the file and put back the original file it works again.

!!RETRACT MY COMMENT ABOVE; ITS WORKING I HAD TO MANUALLY REPLACE THE SINGLE TRACK!!
