This mod upgrades Michael's house with luxury features, including palm trees and high-end cars in the second garage, neighborhood trees, two gate guards, a front yard electric bike, a Bugatti, a Mansory jeep, a helicopter, and an arcade in Jimmy's room.
Installation
1. Download Menyoo from this link if you do not have it.
2. Go to your "Grand Theft Auto V/menyoostuff/spooner" folder and drop the XML file inside it.
3. In-game, open Menyoo, select "Object Spooner", go to "Manage Saved Files", select "LMH.xml", and click "Load Placements".
Changelog
[1.3] Added flags on the gate, Added lights in the backyard, Improved positions.
[1.2] Added more trees, an electric bike in the front yard, arcades in Jimmy's room, a helicopter, plants, and a Bugatti and Jeep in the front yard.
[ 1.1 ] First Release
