I already did the full turfs takeover system in a patreon mod.
@Sabbethry Yeah, sure, dealers in this new version of the mod are tied to corners that I manually placed in a dat, you can create your own with any coord saver too in any sidewalk.

So, I've been developing another mod on the side that forced me to create dealers in corners, I realized how neat the event was, so I decided to release a standalone as an update to this mod.
With this mod you can find dealers in certain corners of the city selling, with a few goons protecting, dealers drop money, so exploring the sidewalks now might be a decent way to make a few bucks.

I got tired of cutting my beard and then 5 minutes later having the hair grow and come back to the barber shop so I made 1.2 for convenience, kinda roleplay like you get your hair lined up when you go cut your beard.
Any chance for disabling or a different way to see the blips?

@eddiesanti0903 No, it doesn't affect cornrows, when you have them hair doesn't grow, because technically to have cornrows, you might need to be in the highest level of hair which is the afro for franklin, so, logicaly, no because your fully grown.
