First of all, Thanks to Game68240 and MrPrime provided Range Rover Evoque and Lightbar, I made Evoque South Korea Patrol Car.
My laptop performance is low. So, screenshots quality is bad.
How to install?
1. Start OpenIV.
2. Go to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
3. Replace police3.yft, police3.ytd, police3_hi.yft
4. Go to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
5. Replace vehicles.meta
Done!
Final Version:
- Added rambar and radio

Would you make the top white? And the skins looks not that accurate to actual South Korean Police. The South Korean cop cars don't have that KOREA POLICE kind of writings :P

와우~~!!! 드디어 한국인이만든 한국경찰차가 GTA에 거의 최초로 뜨다니~!!! 몇년동안하면서 세계 각국의 이곳저곳 경찰차,소방차,구급차 등등 많이 있던데
그중 심지어 일본이나 중국껀 잇어도 한국꺼 정말 없어서 참 뭣들하나 아쉬웠는데 이걸보니 참.... 감회가 남다르네요~~!!!
미국 도시배경에 굳이 한국경찰차 넣고 할마음까지는 비록 아니지만... 이런 모드를 본거 자체가 반갑고 진짜....
ㅋㅋ 그런데...한국경찰이 굳이 외제차를 게다가 문2개차를 쓰진않겟죠? 그냥 님께서 재미로 아마도~
수고하시네요~ 앞으로도 한국모드 여럿 부탁해요~;
저도 허접한거 약간 몇개 만들어서 올린거 있긴한데 영.... 모드라고 하기도 챙피한거라서...
