Installation:
Drop it in your resources folder, ensure the resource "M4LCI" in your server.cfg
[Add-On]
Installation:
1.Go to:GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
Extract dlclist.xml and add this line:
dlcpacks:\m4lci\
2.Go to:GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
and make a folder called m4lci
add the included dlc.rpf file
3.Start the game, spawn name: m4lci

Awesome car however the headlights/tailights emit no light. Not sure if that is an easy fix or not but thought I'd let you know.
Nvm was issue with other mod I had installed, I cannot delete above comment for some reason.
My hand is not on the steering wheel, hoping to repair it
great car but hands are not on steering wheel
no sound and lights dont work
