no,i do have driveV and its traffic addon but that doesnt do anything dispatch related as far as i know

when i take the park rangers vehicle i instantly get a wanted level

hi, for some reason the equipment store guy is not spawning, his van is there but hes not, there is no blip either,how do i fix this?
