@Obiman Its labeled with [OIV INSTALL] just drag and drop it into your openiv window
@Ballsy Added back OIVs
@smouk11 Drag and drop the file labeled [INSTALL] Into your OpenIV window. Make sure edit mode is enabled on the top right. Once done, it will give you two installation options-- choose mods folder.
After tampering with the weapons.meta, I finally figured out how to fix rifles shooting twice with one shot.
As this being your first post, 10/10 my guy!

@uzi_theuzi It works for any police NPC, and yes that includes LSPDFR
@Squeezed Juice I'm planning to add voices for most police officers ingame, this is still WIP
