The ministry was established in Ukraine on 24 September 1991,[1][2] one month after Ukraine's declaration of independence resolution. The ministry was put in charge of all Soviet military forces reorganization on the territory of Ukrainian jurisdiction.[1][5] In 1994, Ukraine voluntarily gave up all nuclear weapons. The ministry spent significant funds eliminating nuclear weapons, military bases and equipment to meet Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe requirements.
How to Install for SP Addon
Go to your GTA 5 Directory
go to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks, then drag the "Nikas_Territorial_Defense_of_Ukraine_Singleplayer" folder in the "SP" Folder into the dlcpacks folder
then go to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data then open "dlclist.xml"
at the Last line type in the Following:
"dlcpacks:/Nikas_Territorial_Defense_of_Ukraine_Singleplayer/"
How to Install for FiveM Addon
Go to the Resource folder of the FiveM Server then go into a folder where you wish to add the eup in for example: [EUP], then drag and drop the "Nikas_Territorial_Defense_of_Ukraine_Singleplayer" into that folder.
Then Go to ur server.cfg and add
"ensure Nikas_Territorial_Defense_of_Ukraine_Singleplayer" or when u use a Folder with [] then just stream that folder
