@TheGreatWolf14 Funny reading your comment I was immediately asking myself if you had RDE installed. I have RDE installed and if I have Respect Money and Power installed, my game will crash right at the sheriffs station in Davis. It definitely has to do with ped relationships or something.
@JakeSome i got a weird issue where the ground in a couple different parking lots in south los santos are flickering normals and weird textures.
