As part of my initiative to make every single building accessible, I've made this mod.
It lets you enter almost every single apartment, house, mansion, motel, etc.
Everything IS Fully Animated!!!
- Features:
- 🏨 66 Low-End Motels, Apartments, and Homes
- 🏡 65 Mid-Ranged Apartments and Homes
- 🏰 64 High-End Apartments, Homes, and Mansions
- 🍻 Drinking mini-games (Wine, Vodka, and Beer)
- 🪑 Sitting in safehouses with blend-in animations
- 🛌 Sleeping
- 🌿 Accessible Backyards
- 🚿 Showering
- 📼 Spawn point setting

USAGE:
Go to one of the many newly added house blips.
Enter the apartment, motel, house, or mansion from the door (or back door if available).
INSTALLATION:
Drag and drop the scripts folder, inside the HomeOwnership.zip, into your GTAV folder.
CHANGELOG:
VERSION 2:
- Completely remade the mod from the ground up.
VERSION 1.2 (YANKTON UPDATE):
- Added two new safehouses.
- Made North Yankton load in / out when getting near / far away.
VERSION 1.1 (YANKTON UPDATE):
- Added a new safehouse in North Yankton.
- Decreased first time load times (- 4 seconds).
- Fixed penthouse showering position.
VERSION 1 (RELEASE):
- Added showers.
- Added sitting on the sofa.
- Added new safe houses (+3)
- Fixed Devin mansion gates not opening sometimes.
- Fixed being able to purchase properties even without sufficient funds.
VERSION BETA 0.3:
- Fixed not being able to set Mirror Park House 2 spawn point.
VERSION BETA 0.2:
- Fixed more whiskey issues.
- Devin Weston gates now open, allowing for cars to be parked.
- Other fixes to the Eclipse interior.

- Fixed whiskey moving a little bit and completely disappearing in the medium apartment

The game either fails to load the interiors or MP maps crash the game giving me the error ERR_GEN_MAPSTORE_2. How do i fix this?

@M8T First of all thanks for this mod its good but clearly needs a rent and purchase option if it happens then good goes to great. I'm saving the star rating for later; if what I've said comes alive, I'll gladly add the 5 stars it deserves. I'll be following this and Open World Interiors closely.

@chr1sg2011 The other versions are worse and more limited. The only feature they have is the purchase ability, but it's pointless in GTA 5's economy.

@M8T They cant have the best of both worlds. That comment was for people complaining about the purchase ability.

Excellent mod, but every time I go to enter some of the interiors, the whole thing disappears and i just fall through the ground

@M8T Hey man, MPMaps doesn't seem to work on Enhanced. Any ideas for alternatives? Tried the other one too that lets you enable with a menu

I have created Simplified‑Chinese localization for its in‑game interaction prompts.
Only display texts are replaced. None of the original code or game logic has been modified, and all features work perfectly.May I have your permission to repack and release this Chinese‑localized version?

@M8T But its really fun if you want to add some role-playing in your SP experience. The mod is wonderful, everything works fine. But I really want to have some property purchase experience.
