1: evchghld folder copy to:

X: Grand Theft Auto V update x64 dlcpacks

2: Export with OpenIV

X: Grand Theft Auto V update update. rpf common data dlclist. XML file

Then open it in Notepad and add the following line。
dlcpacks:\evchghld\Item>

3：
dlc_evchghld:/
update:/dlc_patch/evchghld/

Save and replace.
Use the modifier to brush the car by name, enter: 【evchghld】
