Hi guys,
this little mod is for people who like tiny details in games.
In this case, you can hear the announcements rather poorly and only if you listen a little more closely will you notice them.
For installation open OpenIV -> enable edit mode and go to:
C:\Games\Grand.Theft.Auto.V\x64\audio\sfx\ONESHOT_AMBIENCE.rpf\
or C:\Games\Grand.Theft.Auto.V\mods\x64\audio\sfx\ONESHOT_AMBIENCE.rpf\
Hover your mouse over the top left corner and click at "New" select "import openFormats". Select pier_announce_female.oac and click OK. Do the same with the pier_announce_male.oac file.
That should do it.
