5mods on Discord
Version 4.0 of the gameconfig has been uploaded with support for the latest game version.
Version 4.0 also increases .ymap limits so custom maps work flawlessly now, and .OIV automatic installer has been added too. Additional documentation has been added to the gameconfig.xml as well.
- If you're on game version 1.0.1158.13 (Kortz Center Heist) please use version 4.0 of the gameconfig.
- If you're on game version 1.0.1013.29 (Safehouse in the Hills) please use version 3.0 of the gameconfig.
- If you're on game version 889.15 or 889.22 please use version 2.0 of the gameconfig.
Please be patient a bit. I'm updating the gameconfig.
Is the gameconfig still working for you guys?
@writtninblood That's good to know! I'll also include this fix in the next update for the gameconfig so it works out of the box.
@writtninblood With each update Rockstar does increase some limits themselves, pools such as fwDynamicArchetypeComponent which we cannot safely increase without risk of crashes, so technically each update kinda helps making the game more stable with mods too. You can try increasing the MapDataStore pool to something x2 or x4 the original value, might help with your ymap issue.
Sorry about the delay guys, version 3.0 of the gameconfig has been uploaded with support for game version 1.0.1013.29
If you're still on game version 889.15 or 889.22 please use version 2.0 of the gameconfig.
@nixx3 Version 2.0 is now out, this should work just fine with 889.15 too. Enjoy!
@SGYT The gameconfig already works fine with the latest Enhanced update!
@Shadow Probably not. Haven't personally tested.
@odeszi There are a few dozen gameconfigs for Legacy already. Enhanced doesn't have any. That's why I'd rather prioritize Enhanced for now.
