The Shahed-136 is a drone manufactured in Iran and can be packed with explosives. It's also in use with the Russian Armed Forces, known as "Geranium-2"

Open OpenIV and enable Edit Mode.
Go to:
mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks
Drag the shahed136 folder into the dlcpacks folder.
Then open:
mods > update > update.rpf > common > data
Open the dlclist.xml file.
Before the final line add:
dlcpacks:\shahed136\
Save the changes.
Launch GTA V.
Spawn the vehicle using any Trainer such as Simple Trainer or Menyoo.
Spawn name: shahed136
