V2 Fixed weight paint bone and a-pose, but they are little things are sucks.
On the V1 T-pose and bad weight paint.

- Using OpenIV, put all files into GTAV>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>addonpeds>dlc.rpf>peds.rpf
- Run AddonPeds (Run as admin)
- Click new ped and Called "neco-arc"
- Then The Sex is A Female.
- the is streamed is false.
-prees rebulid and you done!
NOTE: This only on GTA V legacy Not enhanced.
