This mod replaces the SWAT/NOOSE model with the FIB.
Before doing any type of model/texture work make sure to backup your files!
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MODEL/TEXTURE LOSSES.

Installation:
1) Launch OpenIV and go to Edit Mode
2) Go to x64e.rpf > models > cdimages > componentpeds.s.m.y.rpf and replace the swat files with the one in the ZIP
3) Now go to x64e.rpf > models > cdimages > pedprops.rpf and delete the swat helmet model and texture
You must delete the SWAT helmet if you do not want it to spawn on the new FIB model
