@Voit Turyv This is the IVPack stanier. I made the IVPack Cruiser and it never had an LED lightbar. I added grille lights, fixed the window collisions, and put it in a standalone release.
@Lundy I stand corrected about the LED lightbar. However, I believe updating your Stanier + Premier pack with this model would be more appropriate.

If you ever looked at artwork from GTA4, the 1st gen Stanier was originally going to had lights in the grill.
@Custo I see what you mean, but that Stanier belonged to Liberty City PD, not Los Santos PD.
@Voit Turyv I never really cared for that Premier much. I got a few nods for the Stanier so I did a revision of the old one.

The LCPD used it, they don't own it. With that logic, they do the Los Santos County Sheriff use the LSPD's car?

@Custo I think what he's trying to say is that every department would have a different lighting setup.
@PieRGud LSPD and LSSD have the same setup aside from the LSSD Stanier not having the front windscreen LEDs. Although that may be due to the Sheriff Cruiser not being updated like the Police Cruiser was. Hence the rear LEDs clipping through the roof and such.
