Installation (Livery Edit)
Open OpenIV and go to:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mig29a\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gtav\vehicles\vehicles.rpf\
Turn on Edit Mode.
Open the mig29a.ytd file.
Replace the existing livery texture (e.g., mig29a_sign_1) with the new IAF image from the downloaded archive.
Click Save and launch the game.
How to Spawn
Open your mod menu/trainer and spawn by name: mig29a
