DESCRIPTION
Carcols.ymt converted into XML format (Same as GTA V .meta files).
"x64a\carcols.xml" - Original GTA V carcols (GTAV\x64a.rpf\data\carcols.ymt); Currently do not used by game due to new version in update folder.
"update\carcols.xml" - Updated GTA V carcols (GTAV\update\update.rpf\x64\data\carcols.ymt); Game version 1.0.877, other versions may have some differences.
"update_791\carcols.xml" - Updated GTA V carcols (GTAV\update\update.rpf\x64\data\carcols.ymt); Game version 1.0.791, other versions may have some differences.
HOW TO USE IN GAME
Edit with Notepad++ or any other text editor with XML syntax highlighting.
Take "update\carcols.xml" rename it to "carcols.ymt" using OpenIV replace "GTAV\update\update.rpf\x64\data\carcols.ymt" file.

After editing the carcols.ymt file by notepad++ and installing, the game crashed. It says 'A break point has been reached'.

I edited corona colors+intensity for ID="5" police van and all emergency vehicles lights stopped working, with only the break lights flashing. Why would that be?

@superman1023 Carcols file is for editing the lights on a vehicle, such as emergency vehicles. You can change the patterns and speeds of the the way the lights flash.

Using LSPDFR and all the Spawned Unmarked police cars are white. Anyone know how to change this to a selection of 3 different colors?
Will we ever see full compatibility with the YMT files inside "x64a.rpf/data/tune"? I'd love to get my hands on that vehicletasks.ymt file.

@Andrey_gta5 I think that cameras.ymt like ped personality.ymt can not be used in XML format in game.
for people who just want their original ymt files back this sucks. your explanation to changing from xml to ymt is as clear as mud..... all i need to do is just that and your description is very vague having to google how to use this is frustrating
