- Updated a few textures (wall art & furniture)
- Updated closets (looks more complete with clothes and shoes)
- Added TiVO screen to movie theater.
- Added bowling screen.
- Updated private club.
- Updated wine shelf in dining area.

REQUIREMENTS:

2. Map Builder Mod (2.2.3) : https://rb.gy/kzazke - DO NOT USE DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF THIS! Make sure it is 2.2.3! JUST USE THE LINK I PROVIDED!
3. Custom Props Add-On : https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/custom-prop
4. Map Builder Community 1.07 : https://gta5mod.net/gta-5-mods/tools/map-builder-community-1-07/
5. Object Spawn Unlocker : ( You don't need this if you have Menyoo ) https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/object-spawn-unlocker
INSTALLATION:
1. Extract all files & folders from 21MODERNMANSION.zip
2. Place " 21modernmansion " folder in Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
- Add this line to your dlclist.xml :
dlcpacks:\21modernmansion\
- dlclist.xml location: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
3. Place all files from 'VG PROPS' folder here = Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64c.rpf\levels\gta5\props\lev_des\v_minigame.rpf\
( Make a copy of x64c.rpf and place it in your mods folder, then go to that location.)
4. Place " 21MODERNMANSIONX.xml " file in the root of your GTA 5 game folder : C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\ (or wherever your game is located)
When you load in the game, with MAP EDITOR load this file. OR - You can put this file in Autoloadmaps folder in scripts folder.
5. Place - ObjectList.ini & PedList.ini files in your "script" folder.
Features of this Mansion:
Garage for 6+ cars and front parking, Great room with bar, Living room, Huge kitchen,
Formal dining area, Entertainment floor with movie theater, bar, pool table, single lane bowling alley. Gym.
Office, 3 bedrooms including 1 Master suite, Total of 7 toilet rooms, Laundry room, Helipad, Indoor Basketball court, Private club with Recording studio,
Several outside seating areas with fire pits, Outdoor living room,
Outdoor BBQ kitchen and dining area, huge pool & jacuzzi, Amazing views. Enjoy!
P.S. - Some of the sitting areas randomly spawns peds. Also you can park cars in front area outside of garages. And you can park a helicopter on the helipad.

Install all the files correctly the house glitches very bad and when you walk into the house you fall straight down under the house …..

This is fantastic, couple of issues for me is the cars fall through the floor if you use the garage (no problem on the white tiles outside the mansion though) also major wall glitches after installing all the VG Props in the x64c.rpf folder.

@z3ro-one-z3ro Thanks. For the cars falling through you have to install the "21MODERNMANSIONX.xml" file. I only meant "optional" for replacing the old one. I'll remove the "optional" for people that haven't installed previous versions. As far as the glitching textures - I personally haven't experience that, but some people have said that it's due to objects having the same name.. i guess. And some people say they installed "Platinum VG prop pack" but Racingfreddie charges $50 for that on his Patron. I don't have that installed, I just have the free one from here - https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/vg-prop-pack-add-on-racingfreddie

Make sure you have the "21MODERNMANSIONX.xml" file installed. I only meant "optional" for replacing the old one. So if you don't have a previous version install the newest one.

Hey so maybe this is just a problem with me, but I installed all the requirements and the mansion shows up, but the textures/building keep changing color

i hate to bug anyone or anything but could you make it either fivem ready or make a video on how to install it. I have it installed right i think but the floors/walls/ceilings are not loading is there something i also have to install?

@TrustNOne Thanks. Read through the comments for a fix on the texture issues. I really don't have any other mods installed so I'm not sure why people are having that issue. But it has to do with the VG prop pack.
