This is my first ever creation using map builder/editor. Just over 1000 props and has a huge showroom for 20+ cars, 2 offices, a hang out spot for employees, a full mechanic room including 4 lifts a dyno and a paint booth. Located in the parking lot of the casino includes plenty of parking space. I will have some more maps coming out soon in the future so make sure to follow my page!
-FiveM installation guide-

- You have ymap file on the winrar folder
On your server
- Create a folder on resource
- In that folder you create another map with name "stream" and you create "__resource.lua" text document.
- Drag the YMAP file to "stream" foldern.
- Start the resource on your server.cfg
- Done! I hope you enjoy the map!

Extract the YMAP from the folder and set it on your desktop
Open OpenIV, install it if you dont have it already
[Make sure you go into edit mode!!] Click update> x64> dlcpacks> custom_maps>dlc.rpf> x64> levels> gta5> citye> maps> custom_maps.rpf
Then take the YMAP and drag & drop it into OpenIV then its in!

@LaneBoy first building I have made using map builder + it wasn’t a problem on my server as npcs was disabled.
The walls and floor are invisible

@RoadZ yea he forgot to/ didn't mention you have to instal mapbuilder too to make it work
Faced such a problem, my textures are not loaded. What can be done with this?

is it possible for you tell us the models or hash for the upstairs glass doors? im trying to set locks on them but my showme is giving me a hash that doesnt exist

Pretty cool BUT. All my cars fall from the ceiling or get stuck in the floor if I exit the building and go back inside.... ANY help please ?

I use add on cars and it is causing texture loss please help cant put more than 5 cars
Looks very good but random nps cars spawn in the building and my cars sink a little down in the floor.
this download has just a ymap file of 31kb. The 28MB files are just jpg files, cant use this at all in FiveM.

Mostly works, but inside garage door instantly breaks part of the wall, and trees/grass are still in game, phasing through the floor
