How the hell am I supposed to install this? There's nothing for the addons folder, no xml file for the map itself, nor is there anything other than water.xml that I recognize as something to use in OpenIV? WTF?

How TO Install This Mod

It looks like this map can only be launched on FiveM and its analogs, but not installed for playing in a regular SP.
