Very nice design but it is not a MLO. If you could turn this into a MLO it would be perfect.
Thanks! Yes, technically it is a prop. It started as an MLO, but it turn out more stable that way. And it's so small, does not need a room.

@smeggo Very nice mod one the thing it rains in the inside of house , floor, bed, couch etc. when its raining in game. Other than that mod work good for single player. If you fix that its perfect.

you forgot to change the exterior to flat shading before exporting, thats why the shawdows are acting up. change it please.
