getting super bright floors, not using any visual mods, only have this mod installed on a fresh download
Added variants with lower lights / no green vertex-color, for all you NVE- and too-high-post-processing lovers out there :D

Honestly wish it were a tad bit bigger like an actual Home Depot is and considering the fact the building is a tad bit bigger. But I'm glad we have an MLO now for Singleplayer that works for YouTool.
Yes, when I update it one day, I'm gonna make it bigger and add the underground-fightclub I could not bring to work in SP before.

Updated file - changed floor textures & vertex colors, fixed some prop.
Tried to make it bigger, but at some point it would load in singleplayer anymore. So leaving that for now.
@smeggo you can't even imagine how long I was waiting for this. I always thought that YouTool was too big to not be enterable at all. Now we have it. Although I went there only the first time after installing it. Now everytime I'm getting near there's no collison and everything falls under the map. I believe its not an issue with the mod itself but with game in general. Is there any way to fix that? Maybe my game is lacking some essential mods to handle MLOs

@smeggo I used CodeWalker's Asset Conversion and it works PERFECT! I used for ALL 15 of your mods and every single mod you made, works perfectly, I can send them to you if you wish or you can run it yourself. Zero issues on any of the mods. Love it.
