Installation:
You must have installed Menyoo Mod - https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp ------------ UPDATED
and you must have installed Simple Trainer for GTA V - https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav ------------ UPDATED
Go to GTA V root directory - open folder 'menyooStuff' - Go to folder 'Spooner' -
and in Spooner folder drop and paste NewYearPartyFranklin.xml
IN GAME:
Press F8 two times - go to 'Object Spooner' - go to Manage Save Files -
select NewYearPartyFranklin.xml - select Load Placements
ADVICE:
Type F3 to open Simple Native Trainer - go to Options - end Enable Mobile Radio - choose some cool radio station, then go to the Franlin's House 2 and enjoy to the party.............

Also did you update the GTA 5 game properly.
Make sure your ScriptHookV is update, and ScriptHookVDot.net too.
