Infinity Group has just the spot for the budgeted minded person looking to hide out...uh, find nice location away from too many prying eyes. Peleto Shack is a full-sized home with one bedroom a full bathroom, half kitchen and wash area. A half garage that can fit two small cars or one full-sized vehicle and a small patio with southern exposure come with the house. It's a comfortable size for one person or cozy for a couple.
Located on the bluff facing Peleto Bay, this is an ideal place for beachgoers and surfers. The old Peleto Pier is in easy walking distance and perfect for fishing. If you like watersports Jetskiing, pleasure boating and sailing are a mere walk down to the beach and enjoy!
Rent or Purchase this property and lay low...uh, enjoy the near peace and quiet of beach life in Peleto Bay!
Requirements:
Menyoo
Map Builder (optional if you want the color strip on floor of main area and tile in bathroom)
Installation:
Place Peleto Shack xml file into Menyoo Stuff/Spooner. You'll need to have Map Builder installed only if you want the extra decorations.
Note:
All entrances and exits have teleports. Just walk up to them and that's it. All interior doors are functional.
Known bugs:
None. However, this building's interior space is not 'AI frendly'. Bodyguards cannot teleport in and peds spawned inside will be forcibly ejected. To place peds inside, first spawn outside. Use a scenario or animation and make sure they are 'frozen in place' before putting them inside. Once the scenario/animation is removed, the ped will be ejected.
