2 At the moment the map is not very good quality. My is better than nothing.
3 The position of the player on the map is not perfect my is correct

3: Find file named "minimap_sea_0_1"
4: Click to import and select the "minimap_sea_0_1.png" when i give you and click to save. its done
You can close any windows and run 5

Hello to solve problem you have to create a file "mods" at the root of the game
one does it return on openiv follow the instruction instalation of the mod is normally when you visit a file you will be asked if you want to copy the content in the file mods previously created

I have a small problem. In your file the map has dds format and in the game it's ytd, how can I change from dds to ytd so it can work?

Does this conflict with the map mod for the Liberty City DLC? Or will this replace the whole map, causing the other one to disappear?
Please, you can make a map of San Fierro with a minimap instead of Los Santos (remove Los Santos and replace it with San Fierro with a minimap) with running traffic. Big props

Nice , do also you think you can also get a version of the pause menu map with a radar (potentially) of the Vice cry mod or just a Vice City and also is Las Venturas also in this pause map menu because if not , do you think you can do that too? in general or make it available , because this is really awesome , good work
