Vespucci Water Villa v1.0 [MenyooMapMod]
This mod adds a single water villa (like in beach resorts) to the Vespucci Beach (Venice Beach in Los Angeles/Santa Monica). GTAV
NOTE:
1. Mod works best when playing as Michael
2. The big yacht near the villa in the screenshots is not included in the mod, because it is another mod, Driveable Yacht.
However, 3 other much larger yachts are placed all around Vespucci Beach. But, you can't get on them or drive them.
FEATURES
-Villa is located right infront of the Santa Monica Pier
-Villa is made from wood
-No door, but many security cameras around the entrance
-2 Large Flat Screen TV inside
-Entertainment unit with TV
-Large Working Clock
-V Shape Sofa
-Modern Coffee Table> Remote Controls, Phone, Sunglass
-Full Kitchen Set (but no oven)
-Large Dining Table> water glasses, laptop
-Alarm on wall
-Light Switches
-7 Ceiling lights (working>at night) and Fan
-Indoor plants
-2 Large Windows facing towards the Pacific Ocean
-1 Large Window facing towards Chumash (Malibu)
-Office desk> Computer>3 Monitors
-AC System
-Bedroom infront of kitchen (small, but cute :D)
-Marquis boat near the entrance
-Submerged Barge as a Vessel Garage> Many boats and jet skis.
(Barge keeps most boats from floating away. To get one out, enter the boat, and drive fast when the tide/water fills the barge)
-Life Preserver and Beach Rings near entrance
-Underwater Safari> Submersible/Submarine/"Kraken" infront of barge: towards pacific ocean.
(swim near submarine, enter the submarine: you cant drive it, press v until you see from inside it: first-person view, enjoy seeing underwater life! then get out when done)
-the Water Villa stands on an tall, underwater building (great underwater adventure spot!) , you cant go inside the building, no interior.
INSTALLATION
First you need to have installed [Menyoo PC by Mafins]. An amazing mod menu which has its own map editor/object spawner (object spooner). Download Menyoo PC here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
Menyoo requires Alexander Blade's Script Hook V plugin, if you haven't already downloaded, here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/script-hook-v
Once you've downloaded and installed Menyoo, copy the file Vespucci Water Villa v1.0.xml to GTA V Main Game Folder/menyooStuff/Object Spooner.
Now launch the game GTA V.
-Once you can start playing GTA V, press F8.
-Select Object Spooner using num keys (Num 8 for up, Num 2 for down, Num 5 for select). If you can't select, you probably have Num Lock on or off, press Num Lock on keyboard.
-In Object Spooner, goto Manage Saved Files, then select Vespucci Water Villa v1.0.xml .
-Then select, Load Placements, wait for the mod to load, and you will be teleported there. And done! Have fun exploring my mod! :)
You have to load it everytime you restart the game.
It's not permanent.
The steps might seem like a lot of trouble, but it's just starting the game, loading a file, and then waiting for it to load.

Quick question...why would a menyoo map-placement mod function different from character to character? It's essentially just spawning in props, I could soul-switch to Impotent Rage and it shouldn't matter.
@axslayer33 yes dont worry the author maybe have a problem on his game with characters but props and characters can't come into conflit.
@raecxnash You can do better then a wood cube, go have a look at some real modern architekture

@paulmiskit its not about modern architecture. It is to make it as realistic to the water villas in Maldives. A lot of them are made from coconut palm fronds and wood. Go have a look at some Maldivian resorts.
@axslayer33 i dont know why but i cant enter as franklin, havent checked with trevor. Maybe their heights are a little different.
