I have not been able to get in contact with PlasticTangerine, but would like to update their mod for the sake of consistency with the extra stations that have been added since the original mod was uploaded. I will continue to do so if Rockstar ever adds anything else to the radio in the future.
NOTE: Use the latest version of either Simple Trainer or Enhanced Native Trainer to enable to Cayo Perico stations in single player, as they haven't been officially added yet.
Installation:
Default:
1. Use OpenIV to replace "hud.ytd" in "update\update.rpf\x64\patch\data\cdimages\scaleform_generic.rpf\" with the one included in the "update" folder

A majority of the logos are the official ones from Rockstar, the rest were edited by Plastic Tangerine (https://www.gta5-mods.com/users/PlasticTangerine). Blonded Los Santos, LSUR, iFruit Radio, Music Locker Radio, and Still Slipping Los Santos icons come from Rockstar, colored by me. The iFruit Radio icon is based on the version from Rockstar's Spotify playlist. I've added blue lines to the Music Locker Radio icon from the image on Rockstar's Newswire article Alternate K.U.L.T. icons were created by A_mbien_t, who gave me permission to include them with this mod. All of the stations added from the Community hud.gfx mod were either made by each station's original uploader or replaced by me with Rockstar's original logos (I've merely added coloring where necessary). The stations and their original uploaders are as follows:

I've updated the mod (both regular and Community HUD versions) to support the newly added stations: K.U.L.T. 99.1 FM, Still Slipping Los Santos, and Music Locker Radio.
Make sure to download the latest version of Simple Trainer to enable the new stations in single player, as Rockstar hasn't officially enabled them yet (and likely won't until the next GTAO update). You can find Simple Trainer here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav

Hey! Just wanted to mention "data\cdimages\scaleform_generic.rpf" isn't a directory unfortunately. I'm just going have to use the search utility i suppose!
Do I need the Diamond Casino update to get this mod working?
It doesn't work for me. I've replaced hud.ytd with the one in the folder. Please help!

@CartmanKusanagi, one of the PMR/Santos Surf creators here: The stations are finished (although there's a bug that makes Vinewood Boulevard Radio not playing music), but these are not available on GTA5-Mods. how do i enable cayo perico radio in simple trainer
@iwilldownloadyourmod I didn't do anything special, I just downloaded Simple Trainer and the new stations appeared. If that doesn't work, you could also try the latest version of Enhanced Native Trainer, which was just updated to support the Cayo Perico stations: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/enhanced-native-trainer-zemanez-and-others#description_tab
