HOW TO INSTALL:

After finish downloading & extract the RAR files, Open folder "EXTREME CLEAN" and then
use OPENIV to replace the files inside:
Grand Theft Auto V\x64e.RPF\Levels\GTA5\Vehicles.RPF
Rebuild.....FINISHED, Run the game.
DESCRIPTIONS:

1. All vehicles windows, tyres & body paint always look clean & fresh.
2. No more dirts even you have long travelling across the dessert.
3. Improved shiny antialiasing graphics to vehicles.
4. Change vehicles windows with a bit darker.

@jpetrillo13 : The point of this mod is that, all vehicles including your vehicle will always anti-dirts...clean forever...and if you using ENB of Sweet-FX, all vehicles will always look awesome....please read the information on the left side...
@GTA Series Fans Sorry but the information wasn't really clear to me. I thought it was a mod that makes the cars cleaner than the original game itself, so I think this should be renamed to "Never dirty vehicles" or something. Thanks.

@BOMBDABASE : Try this methods:
1. Check your "x64e.RPF" file maybe it's in read-only mode.
2. Enabling "Edit Mode" in OpenIV.
3. Login as "Administrator"
