This mod tries to bring more realism by making the city of Los santos more alive by adding NPCs in tourist places and in public transport, as well as cars parked in parking lots.
About GANG:
Regarding gangs, I simply made sure that it does not appear during the day or very rarely but rather at night
Because in the United States, neighborhoods like this are usually empty during the day!
HOURS FOR NPC & CARS SPAWN: 7:00 to 23:00
HOURS FOR GANGS SPAWN: 22:00 to 4:00
(FOR SUBWAY AT THIS MOMENT ONLY BURTON STATION HAVE MORE NPC)
This is the first version i will do more soon.

Hi! I have other mods to add elements to the game and this one gives me a strange crash and I want to remove it, but when looking for what path it was installed, it gives me the feeling that you have changed the files. Are they the same files as your first version? Thank you
@ArmaniAdnr is right. You guys can use LiViNG LOS SANTOS + WOV together but WOV will overwrite some files.
