Old version of animated billboard
A project i did a while ago, feel free to use it
OFFLINE
Drop the .OIV file into openIV and install, it will create a folder in your dlcpacks and add a line to your dlclist.xlm
FIVEM
Drop the "rojo_billboard" folder into your resources and start on cfg
TEXTURE
To replace the textures you must edit the file "rojo_billboard.ytd" using openIV, easy peasy
Well, i think that's all

@rojo_snd Please make more. Spread the knowledge. I think it would be cool to have more animated billboards throughout Los Santos. Gives the game a really updated look. Again man, great work 5 stars
