FEATURES:
1. Peds are very good at avoiding crashes, and regaining control when losing control
2. All Traffic Lights are now longer, allowing more traffic to build up.
3. Different vehicles travel at different rates of speed on Highways
4. Peds will change lanes and park more frequently
5. Peds can properly use right turns at red lights, and may also choose which lane is best based upon cars ahead.
6. All peds are now more skilled at driving as they have increased skill levels
7. Peds can turn and keep control at higher speeds than before
8. You can lose a tiny bit of health crashing your car lightly, so be careful
9. Bike riders will pull between cars, or beside them to get through if there's enough room
10. Peds will avoid other peds and cars instead of fully stopping, and then backing up
11. Some drivers are more aggressive than others.
Installation: This is an OIV package, to install, simply follow these easy steps.
1. Open the program OpenIV
2. Choose "tools" and then "Package Installer"
3. Select the .oiv located in the mod
4. Install
5. Enjoy

@juh00 yes they really suck Rockstar f*cked up with the stupid sounds and the traffic lights i even regret buying this game in San Andreas you can install any mod perfectly but in V Cockstar keeps updating the online and affecting Single Player like what happened to the Speedrunners they can't downgrade the game and now the scoreboard will be erased.
@Mischa @juh00 That's why I keep a pirated copy so I don't have to deal with such bullshit. They really are a horrible team of developers, extremely overrated and overly praised. The Red Dead Redemption 2 team did a fantastic job, but GTA 5 is a pretty crappy and heavily flawed game(horrible AI, Handling, Sounds, etc). It's really the mods that make this game shine. Always has been the truth, yet people still continue to deny it.
@Brukanator yeppp, same here. I keep steam version and then one copy thats very out dated, so it wont ask any goddamn updates because honestly mods are the only thing that makes this game any good because cockstar are jsut way too greedy. Like yeah i get it that gaming company needs to make money, but when it turns upside down and starts to affect their whole imago thats a big issue.

@mkeezay30 It's a really great mod especially vehicles prefering free lanes instead of piling up in one lane like a train :D
By the by, may I ask what did you changed to increase the red light timer? It's making too many cars stop on road and that much amount of cars taking the space of total car amounts so other sides of the junction pretty much being a ghost town :(
@mkeezay30 The mod does some good but are you sure you actually changed the traffic light timers in game? or did you change it just in meta? Me and a fren of mine checked and red light timers are always 12 seconds both with and without mod same as vanilla and tested it at multiple junctions.
Its conflicting with realistic handling.

@Alewyx You sure you don’t have a trainer with the ignored by everyone option on? Because that option will make cop cars stutter and not drive smoothly.

there's no OIV package in the download folder and there's no installation instructions in update.rpf?
Correct me if i'm wrong but the video that is provided doesn't properly show how the mod works. Kinda strange how the moderators didn't take it down.

Uninstall:
With 7-Zip software,
open and extract the mod installation file, nammed:
c47f90-REALISM Enhanced Traffic And Driver AI.oiv
Then open (with Notepad++ software) the file nammed: assembly.xml
At the bottom of this one, we see the files name and their location:

<add source="update\update.rpf\vehicleaihandlinginfo.meta">common\data\ai\vehicleaihandlinginfo.meta</add>
<add source="update\update.rpf\vehicleaitasks.ymt">x64\data\tune\vehicleaitasks.ymt</add>
<add source="update\update.rpf\vehicletasks.ymt">x64\data\tune\vehicletasks.ymt</add>
<add source="update\update.rpf\pedpersonality.ymt">x64\data\metadata\pedpersonality.ymt</add>
With OpenIV software, remove (or replace) these (5) files, in 'mods' folder (in GTAV install folder).
Of course supposing you haven't installed this mod, directly into the update.rpf file, instead of in 'mods' folder.
If that's it, I hope you took care to make a update.rpf file copy, before install.
Also, if you have other mods (installed before this one), which use one or more of these same files.
So that they can continue to work, obviously you will have to correctly reinstall these mods, after uninstalling this one.
