without mods folder:
Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\scaleform_frontend.rpf
3. Replace loadingnewsscreenbg0.ytd,loadingnewsscreenbg1.ytd,loadingnewsscreenbg0.ytd
