With the success of CTOS 1.0 in Carcer City and 2.0 in San Fierro, Blume decided to try and implement a watered down CTOS 2.0 system in the areas of Los Santos, Los Santos County and Blaine County to see how well it would stand up against the local mute population, With the main centre for the system being in Paleto Bay
This livery pack is part of a 3 pack series that I am working on, The first pack is "CTOS Maintenance Pack" which can be found HERE, This pack, then "CTOS Security" which can be found HERE
The liveries are for the following vehicles
The Steed Amblulance and Fire Truck from THIS PACK (Introvert)
The Vapid Stanier Police from THIS PACK (Introvert etc)
The Logos in this pack are based off of the "Factions Redux" mod for WatchDogs, Which can be found here (By Olanov)
These will install like any other livery
Use OpenIV in edit mode > Open the.ytd and +hi.ytd files of the required vehicles above, Import the .dds files from this pack, and rename them to match
All of the liveries are clear, Colour recommendations are
Firetruck - Classic Formula Red
Police Car - Classic Ice White
Ambulance - Worn Off White
If you want to use these on your FiveM server please give credits back to this page or ask for permission first!

@Olanov Apologies for not seeing this!, Fivemods gave 0 notification for these comments at all
The logos are based off of your Factions Redux mod, I Have Not taken your mod apart for files if that is something you may be worrying about, I did remake these by hand completely from scratch
If you'd like a credit back to your mod In the description I can 100% do that, Realising now it is a massive oversight on my end for not having it there to begin with
Never in a million years did I think this'd get noticed by you (not an excuse, but just surprised it'd get spotted by the original WD mod creator!)
