Safehouse Reloaded is the best alternative to Single Player Apartment II, Safehouse Reloaded Consumes less fps that SPAII, as of 10.0 the mod has seen a complete rewriten. 10.0 introduces direct intergration for starting heists from my Single Player Heists Mod, as well as allowing you to customize your character looks with full Playable Online Charater intergration. Safehouse Reloaded has also been drastically rewritten for simpler and more elegant design as well as less fps consumption, like SPAII by I'm Not Mental, this mod adds in all Silthouses, High End Appartments and Medium and Low Apartments. Without the need to consume a ton of fps. There have also been a ton of quality of life updates for the mod. The garage system has been compeltly redesigned to mirror what is found in GTAO Garages in SP. Animations like Wine, Whiskey and Bong have also been updated, they now look better than ever, with flowing liquid and ptfx. Work has also been done to entering an exiting apartment with new camera scenes as well as simplifing getting of objects inside apartment, that in old versions of the mod would consume fps.
Install
1. download and Install scripthookv + Scripthookvdotnet (SHVDN Nightly for latest game update)
2. create a scripts folder (named scripts and not Scripts) if you havent got one already
3. drag SafehousesReloaded.dll, SafehousesReloaded.pdb and SafehousesReloaded folder into script folder.
4. install my mod helper version 14.0 and up is required, put files in scripts (latest patch comes with mod)
5. install LemonUI for SHVDN3
6. install Ifruitaddon2 (comes in zip)
7. Apon opening game you should have purchasable house blips on your map. go to one to purchase the property or apartment.

At the moment, all my mods are being converted or have been converted to Scripthookvdotnet3, to not flood the scripts page with my mods, im only uploading 3 mods per day, leaving gaps inbetween other users mods, (I have had permission from 5mods admin to do this) as a result its going to take around a month for all my mods to be update to SHVDN3 builds on 5mods, so if you would like to get your hands on a mod of mine that has not been posted to 5mods yet, you can join my discord to get all updates to mod updated to scripthookvdotnet3, as well as Project Overthrow and The ECU Job in SP

gave this mod more than enough tries to fix it.. the blips being unable to turn off turns off main missions/etc.

@HKH191 yo, i deleted the .asi and all mod files, but i’m still getting safehouses reloaded blips showing up on the map. what else do i need to nuke to fully uninstall this thing? is it saving flags or junk somewhere in my save file? mod’s cool, just wanna clean up properly. appreciate the help.

Hay bro,when I call my vehicle,can you have the vehicle spawn directly nearby instead of the mechanic driving it?Or make it selectable?The mechanic is stupid,you know.Besides,I found that the vehicle of some apartments were unable to call,such as 4 Hangman Avenue.

hell nah this is causing blips to disappear. how is it possible that in 2026 there isnt a good safehouse mod??
this mod only seems to work if you use all the files provided and replace anything you already have, not really a bad a thing doesn't seem to break anything, just letting people know in case they run into an issue
Mod still isnt fixen. Curently, blips are not showing up, i see in the coments, many other people have the issue as wel, in other words, you cant do the one thing this mod promises, buying houses :p so for now best look for alternatives, as this is a waste of time, till it gets an update ofc
