- Now, in OpenIV, go to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/", drag and drop folder called "rca" from archive here
- Go back to "mods/update/". Now, go to "update.rpf/common/data/" and click edit on "dlclist.xml".
- Add new line: dlcpacks:\rca\
- Save.

BUT .. dont install this mod till the Author update his maps on latest game version update because Everything is a mess in this mod nowadays .. Only billboards and advertisements will work.. Anything else based on old maps will not work and will return you to the old maps which means the casino will not work in a modern way .. Etc ....
in the dlclist.xml it does not go like this dlcpacks:\rca\ as that is the old way of doing it, the new way is /rca/.
@elsanhoty Everything's working for me after I followed 0liwier's directions above. The Hollywood sign appears correctly and my mod for USPS mailboxes subbing in also worked again.

this was great but then it made stuff on the map dissapear
Unfortunately conflicts with LA Revo 2.0 and 5Real when inside the rockford hills area (or beverly hills if installed this mod), before download LA Revo 2.0, this mod was clearly good and just overrides some models.

@DBAALZEPHON for enhanced, nexus mods has the enhanced version for it, has worked without crashing from what ive tested

"does this work with x or y" most likely yes, since its a dlc pack and your someone who is a good modder you would use the mod folder, and even if you somehow didnt and didnt make the game crash due to a integrity error, you can sitll just delete the dlc pack

hope the owner updates this cuz its crashing my game + i have the mods to stop my game from crashing, but it doesn't work on it since the rca mod is deleting everything inside of my dlclist
