Version 1.3 - Version 1.3 fixes completed by https://gta5-mods.com/users/samyorker - Major rework of the audio files including fixes to the .rel files. Added light coronas, conflicting ID for modkits & lightstettings. Added global.gxt2.

Modkit doesnt work for FiveM version unless you change "carcols.meta" to "carcols-tebex.meta" in fxmanifest

I really want to feature this mod in my video but the game is crashing at loading with this mod installed. Any fix or help would be appreciated. I am using it in latest build of legacy version single player.

@MaxLuk Yes, I've updated the changelog now. I've been waiting for the file to be approved that's why there hasn't been a change log update.
