To install this Livery to the bmwe36 Vehicle used..... https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/bmw-m3-e36-1997-add-on-lods-tuning-template
Open mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/cz4a/dlc.rpf/x64/vehicles.rpf/ In openIV
(note you have to be in edit mode in openIV)
Then click the ytd under texture disctionary and replace a livery with this Livery the liverys in the ytd are called something like "bmwe36_sign_3"

I realize I made a mistake in instillation, When your in dlcpacks just click on the cars folder you want to add it too.
