This mod replaces all of the in game license plates with plates of your choosing.
So far I have released the California State license plates pack and the Liberty City/Vice City pack. Both are included and this will be updated with more.

Is it possible to add them without replacing the old ones?
@imakuni1995 No. But you can backup your original file so you can restore the plates when you're done with them.
Aw, man... How cool would it be to have cars from both, SA and LC driving around the city? :D
This also gave me an idea which I realize may be a bit ambitious as there are probably a set limit on the plates you can have in game. BUT, imagine driving through and seeing plates from all states on different vehicles; kinda more realistic? Then we can punish those out-of-town non-drivers.

@xXBlAcK_AnImEXx You can use it just like the old one, but if you want to use "mods" folder here is example how:
For example, you have some mods for update.rpf
Create "mods" (lower case) folder in your GTAV directory.
Copy your original update.rpf to "gtav\mods\update\update.rpf"
Now in OpenIV you can modify your copy of update.rpf and the original file will be safe.
The game will load update.rpf from "mods" folder
It will work for all external RPF files, such as x64?.rpf or SFX RPFs.

Awesome set. Just curious, if I already know how to edit texture files, is there a tutorial or a readme on how I can mix and match these? I already opened the file in Texture Tool and see where the individual plates are located, but I know that they have different colored lettering so I figure there must be more to it than that.
