This mod brings the iconic Driver: San Francisco plate to Grand Theft Auto 5
Replaces Blue on white 3, AKA the SA Exempt plate.
Known bugs:
Plate has to be completely empty, (set the text to a space bar) otherwise the text on the plate will overlap the DRV SF text
