Replace explorer_sign_1 via OpenIV
Path where Explorer should be update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
Then search police3.ytd, press edit mode, double click police3.ytd, then look for explorer_sign_1 and replace it with mine.
Then load game, and you should have a Ford Explorer Fashion Police! LO
